This guitar boasts a crazy array of pickups, with two Lollar JMs in the usual places, a DeArmond Gold Foil in the middle (loud and incredible!) and a custom Curtis Novak Lipstick behind the bridge. Easily the most versatile guitar I’ve used, the sheer number of tones one can achieve from this one makes for a guitar that always surprises, always delivers. And that BTB pickup is amazing. I’m sure I’ve mentioned it before, but picking behind the bridge calls out the most penetrating, eery ghost tones ever. With the bridge and BTB on, you get chords and crazy overtones, and with that Gold Foil on your amp and pedals are pushed to the max, resulting in a fuzzed-out fever dream of chaos. LOVE THIS Oh my glob Dang, that is somewhat awesome!
